Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to GetBackTo, a product of Workhorse Solutions, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GetBackTo's AI-powered phone answering and task extraction service.

By signing up for GetBackTo, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Beta Service

GetBackTo launched in April 2026 and is still evolving. We're improving every week, but there will be bugs, downtime, and limitations. We're being transparent about this upfront.

1. What GetBackTo Does

GetBackTo provides:

  • AI Phone Answering: Our AI assistant answers calls to your GetBackTo phone number 24/7
  • Task Extraction: We analyze calls to identify actionable tasks (callbacks, quotes, scheduling requests, etc.)
  • Task Dashboard: A web interface where you can review, complete, and manage tasks
  • Email Alerts & Digests: Instant email alerts for urgent tasks and daily summaries
  • SMS Notifications (add-on, $10/month per phone line): Text message alerts for urgent tasks, daily SMS summaries, and automatic follow-up texts to callers. Requires one-time 10DLC business registration for carrier compliance (typically 10–15 business days for approval)

What GetBackTo does NOT do

  • Replace licensed professionals — cannot provide insurance, legal, medical, or financial advice
  • Guarantee perfect accuracy — AI may misunderstand callers or extract incorrect information
  • Provide SLA guarantees during beta — we aim for high uptime, but technical issues may cause missed calls or delayed task extraction

SMS Alert Service & Consent

Transactional alerts · Not marketing

GetBackTo offers transactional SMS alerts to notify you (the business owner or account holder) when urgent or emergency tasks are created from incoming calls. These are not marketing messages — they are time-sensitive operational alerts about your business.

1 How You Opt In

You consent to receive SMS alerts by entering your mobile phone number in your GetBackTo account notification settings. Providing your phone number is voluntary — SMS alerts are not required to use GetBackTo. You can remove your number at any time to stop receiving alerts.

2 What You'll Receive

  • Urgent task alerts — Immediate SMS when an urgent or emergency task is created (e.g., burst pipe, gas leak, no-show complaint)
  • Emergency auto-call — For life-safety emergencies, an automated phone call with IVR options in addition to SMS
  • Daily summary — An optional end-of-day SMS summarizing your calls and pending follow-ups
  • Escalation retries — If you don't acknowledge an emergency alert, follow-up SMS and calls at configurable intervals

Message frequency varies based on call volume and urgency. Typically 1–5 messages per day. Msg & data rates may apply.

3 How to Opt Out

  • Reply STOP to any GetBackTo SMS to immediately stop all text messages
  • Remove your phone number from notification settings in your GetBackTo dashboard
  • Contact us at support@getbackto.app to opt out

After opting out, you will still receive task notifications via email and your web dashboard.

4 SMS Help

Reply HELP to any GetBackTo SMS for assistance, or contact support@getbackto.app. Our toll-free SMS number is provided during account setup.

Carrier Disclosure

SMS alerts are sent via Twilio using a verified toll-free number. GetBackTo (Workhorse Solutions, LLC) is the message sender. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Your Responsibilities

By using GetBackTo, you agree to:

Use GetBackTo Lawfully

  • Comply with all applicable laws, including call recording laws in your state and your callers' states
  • Not use GetBackTo for illegal activity, harassment, spam, or robocalling
  • Not use GetBackTo to violate any third-party rights (privacy, intellectual property, etc.)

Provide Accurate Information

  • Keep your business profile (name, hours, services) up to date
  • For SMS services, provide accurate legal business information (business name, EIN, address) required for 10DLC registration
  • Notify us immediately if your account is compromised

Comply with Call Recording Laws

  • Understand your legal obligations regarding call recording in your state
  • 13 states require all-party consent: CA, CT, DE, FL, IL, MD, MA, MI, MT, NV, NH, PA, WA
  • GetBackTo's AI announces "This call may be recorded" at the start of every call, but you are responsible for ensuring compliance with your state's laws

Remain Responsible for Your Business

GetBackTo is a communication capture tool, not a decision-making tool. You must review tasks, verify information, and follow up with customers. You are responsible for honoring commitments made to customers. GetBackTo is not liable for lost business or customer dissatisfaction resulting from AI errors or service outages.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use GetBackTo to:

  • Conduct illegal activity (fraud, money laundering, etc.)
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse callers or GetBackTo staff
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages (if using SMS features)
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Collect personal information from callers for unauthorized purposes
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell GetBackTo's software or services
  • Use GetBackTo in a way that violates third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Pricing & Payment

Subscription Plans

Current pricing is available at getbackto.app/pricing. All plans include AI call answering, task extraction, emergency alerts, daily digests, and web dashboard. Plans differ by the number of locations and phone lines included.

Payment Terms

  • No contracts: GetBackTo is month-to-month. Cancel anytime.
  • No setup fees: Number provisioning, onboarding, and support are included.
  • Billing cycle: You'll be charged on the same day each month.
  • Failed payments: If your payment fails, we'll retry up to 3 times over 10 days. If payment still fails, your account will be suspended until payment is received.

No Refunds for Partial Months

We don't prorate or refund for partial months. If you cancel, you'll have access through the end of your billing cycle. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Price Changes

We may change pricing in the future. If we do, we'll notify you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. If you don't agree to the new price, cancel before it goes into effect.

5. Beta Terms

Experimental Nature

  • Features may change: We're actively developing GetBackTo. Features may be added, removed, or changed without notice.
  • Bugs are expected: You may encounter errors, crashes, or unexpected behavior. Please report issues to support@getbackto.app so we can fix them.
  • No feature guarantees: We aim to deliver all planned features, but beta features may be delayed or canceled based on feedback.

No SLA Guarantees

  • We do not guarantee uptime during beta. GetBackTo may experience downtime due to maintenance, bugs, or third-party service issues.
  • We are not liable for missed calls or lost business during outages.
  • We will communicate outages as quickly as possible via email or dashboard notifications.

Your Feedback Matters

Beta customers shape GetBackTo. We actively solicit feedback and make changes based on what you tell us. Use the feedback button in your dashboard or email us at support@getbackto.app.

6. AI Limitations & Disclaimers

AI May Not Be Perfect

GetBackTo uses AI to answer calls and extract tasks. AI is not perfect. Our AI assistant may:

  • Misunderstand caller requests or accents
  • Extract incorrect task information (wrong callback number, wrong urgency level, etc.)
  • Fail to handle complex or unusual questions
  • Miss important context or nuance in conversations

You are responsible for reviewing all tasks and verifying information before acting on it.

AI Cannot Provide Licensed Advice

GetBackTo's AI is a receptionist and intake tool. It cannot and will not provide:

  • Insurance advice — requires licensed insurance agent
  • Legal advice — requires licensed attorney
  • Medical advice — requires licensed healthcare provider
  • Financial advice — requires licensed financial advisor

If a caller asks for professional advice, our AI will politely decline and suggest they call back during your business hours to speak with you directly.

7. Liability Limitations

What We're Not Liable For

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetBackTo is not liable for:

  • Missed calls or messages due to technical issues, service outages, or third-party failures
  • Lost revenue or business opportunities resulting from AI errors, incorrect task extraction, or service downtime
  • Caller dissatisfaction or complaints caused by AI responses
  • Legal violations resulting from your use of GetBackTo
  • Data loss (though we take backups seriously and will restore data if possible)
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, reputational harm, etc.)

Maximum Liability Cap

If we are found liable for any damages, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

What We ARE Liable For

  • Gross negligence or willful misconduct by GetBackTo staff
  • Data breaches caused by our failure to implement reasonable security measures (subject to the liability cap above)
  • Violations of applicable law that we are legally required to remedy

8. Account Suspension & Termination

You Can Cancel Anytime

  • No penalties for canceling. Cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
  • Access continues through your billing cycle.
  • After you cancel, we'll delete your data (recordings, transcripts, tasks) within 30 days, except where required by law.

We Can Suspend or Terminate for Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You use GetBackTo for illegal activity, harassment, spam, or fraud
  • Your account is associated with chargebacks or payment disputes
  • You abuse our support team or engage in threatening behavior

We'll notify you before suspension unless immediate action is required. You can appeal suspensions by contacting support@getbackto.app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as GetBackTo evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of GetBackTo after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, cancel your account before the changes take effect.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution First: If you have a dispute with GetBackTo, please contact us at support@getbackto.app and give us 30 days to resolve it informally.

Small Claims Court: Either party can bring a dispute to small claims court in the State of Wyoming, or your local jurisdiction.

11. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetBackTo.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You cannot transfer or assign your GetBackTo account to someone else. We may assign these Terms to a successor company if GetBackTo is acquired.

Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, third-party service failures, etc.).
