Free Trial
GetBackTo offers a 14-day free trial with every new subscription. Your credit card is collected at signup but is not charged during the trial period.
If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged. No questions asked.
After Trial Conversion
When your trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at $39 per month. Once a payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds for that billing period.
If you cancel after being charged, you will continue to have access to GetBackTo through the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew.
Billing Issues
If you believe you were charged in error or have questions about a charge, please contact us at support@getbackto.app. We review every billing inquiry individually and will work with you to resolve the issue.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings > Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
If you need help canceling, email support@getbackto.app and we will take care of it.
